Replacing Explorer

Good galerinha, this is a quick guide to serve as a reference when I post new explorers for download. for those who do not know, the explorer is the browser manager, windows and everything else from Windows. So let's go.

First, download the modified explorer from any site, of course for your system, it's no use downloading a Windows explorer view to your xp that won't work. =]
After downloading the new explorer, open your task manager (taskmanager) press Ctrl+Alt+Del, or right-click on your taskbar and click Task Manager.
With it open, click on the "Processes" tab and look for "explorer. Exe". Click select it, and click Finish Process;

it will ask if you really want to finish this process, click yes;
You will realize that your taskbar and icons will disappear, but don't worry, it's just to change the explorer. Now, with the manager still open, click "File" -> "Run New Task...";

In the pop-up you opened, click "Browse", go to C:WINDOWS and rename the explorer to explore1. Now go to where you find the new explorer you downloaded and copy into C:WINDOWS.
During this procedure Windows may ask you to enter the Windows XP CD do not.
After copying the new explorer to the C:WINDOWS folder, click Cancel.

Now type "explorer" in the box as shown in the figure:

All right, your explorer will be modified! =]
To restore the original explorer, repeat the procedure and rename the new to explorer2 and the old to explore.
Good! So that's it for today, until next time!
