Periscope has been being developed for about a year and similar applications already exist in the market. The use of the app is very simple, giving the option of quick settings, geolocation and a warning to your Twitter followers that you started a new stream.
At this first moment Periscope is available only for iOS, but the company has already anticipated that it is working on an Android version that will be released soon. About Windows Phone? Who knows.
