For those who want to follow the election results by smartphone or tablet, the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) has just launched the app Clearance Elections 2014.
After the end of the vote, the application will disclose in real time the results of the calculation throughout Brazil, presenting the amount of votes totaled for each candidate, indicating the elected or those who went to the second round.
On the application page, it is said that the disclosure of voting results for President is starting at 19:00 hours, Brasilia time, due to the time difference. For the other positions, the disclosure of the results will begin shortly after the end of the vote and the calculation by the Regional Electoral Courts, at 17 hours at the local time.
It is worth remembering that the app is an ease for those who want to follow the results without hanging on TV, so the app is simplified, leaving aside the votes in transit and vote abroad for the position of President. Candidates rejected with appeal or dismissed will not be displayed.
