Tomorrow, December 4th, Windows Vista SP2 Beta will be available through public TechNet and MSDN websites.

Windows Vista Service Pack 2 will support new types of hardware in addition to the usual security updates, performance improvements, and operating system bug fixes. SP 2 for Windows Vista will include Windows Search 4.0, Bluetooth 2.1 support, Blu-Ray recording support and performance increase. It remains to be said that Windows Vista SP2 will need the Service Pack 1 installed.

The final version of the package comes out in April 2009.
