LG launched in South Korea a kind of smart lamp that connects with Android and iOS smartphones. With the name Smart Bulb, the lamp flashes when the user receives a call on his smartphone.
The novelty is sold in pairs and can connect to mobile devices both via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. In addition to the default blink operation when you receive a connection, the lamp also has a security mode to simulate your presence at home when you are away and, when paired by Bluetooth with devices, it can blink at the rhythm of a song.
According to the manufacturer, lamps can last more than 10 years when used five hours a day. The pair will be sold for about 35,000 won, about R$ 75, and there's no forecast of launch outside South Korea.
