Twitter now allows messages between all accounts

twitter-bigIn another attempt to improve microblog service, the Twitter announced on Monday (20) which will allow the exchange of messages between accounts that do not follow.
That's exactly what you understand, now you can send DM (Direct Message) even to accounts that don't follow you back. The initiative aims to stimulate the use of the social network as a means of communication, Twitter's plan since the beginning of the year, when it released group DM's for up to 20 people.
But if you're thinking it's gonna be a mess, you're wrong. With the novelty, popular profiles like celebrities would be a frequent target of fan bombing, but Twitter wisely left it to users whether or not to allow messages "with everyone".
The functionality is already available to most network users and is disabled by default to enable it simply access the privacy settings page and mark the last option.
