WatchOS 2.0 in its final version is now available and will arrive as over-the-air update. To update, you need to stop your Apple Watch with your iPhone connected to a Wi-Fi network. You may not see the update immediately, this is because the distribution takes time to reach all servers and also because Apple is using a queue system to prevent users' download speed.
The update brings bug fixes, some interesting modifications and news for developers. Now it is possible to create native apps using all the clock sensors. Other additions include traffic directions, expanded Siri support, new "Watch Faces", a night mode and the possibility of going "to the future" to know the weather forecast.
