Microsoft and its Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista will fix about 551 operating system bugs. Many of the corrections have already been made via Windows Update, but most were only available to business customers and OEM’s.

Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista should reach the public next March.

From reference that Windows XP Service Pack 1 when it left in 14 months solved "only" 297 bugs...
