Dell launches Chromebox in Brazil

Looking at the new desktop market, Dell announced the official release of the company's Chromebox. The device is nothing more than a compact desktop running Chrome OS, Google's operating system, and focuses on small and medium-sized companies that need internet access and cloud applications for a reduced price.
The design of the apparatus is rounded and well worked, measures 12.4 cm x 12.4 cm and has a thickness of 4.2 cm. It comes with the 4th generation of processors Intel, 4GB memory and 16GB storage on SSD disk. On the connections, we have 1 HDMI, 1 DisplayPort, 4 USB 3.0, 1 for SD card and 1 Gigabit network. Dell Chromebox also comes equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
One of the highlights of Dell Chromebox is the fact that the model presents the most efficient energy consumption of the category, only 65W, representing an efficiency up to 75% higher than that of a traditional computer.
With prices from R$ 999, Dell Chromebox is available in two versions, one with Intel i3 and one with Intel Celeron. It is also possible to purchase a number of accessories that are already available, such as HDMI VGA cable, mouse, keyboard, VESA support (to attach the device behind the monitor) and Kesington Lock (safety lock).
