Nokia N1: The new tablet on Nokia that runs... Android?

We know that Microsoft has completed the process of purchasing Nokia's largest slice these days, but a piece of Finnish company still exists and it did not take long to announce a new product. We're talking about Nokia N1.
Presented on Tuesday (18), Nokia N1 is a 7.9-inch tablet running Android 5.0 Lollipop and a beta version of Z Launcher.

At first glance minimalist design impresses, is very elegant and somewhat familiar. However, the highlight is in its features that, in addition to a beautiful resolution of 2048×1536, have a 2.4 GHz (64-bit) Atom Z3580 processor, 2 GB RAM, GPU PowerVR G6430 and 32 GB internal storage.

The Nokia N1 features a 5,300 mAh battery and front and rear cameras of 5 and 8 megapixels, respectively. The connectivity is made by Wi-Fi 802.11ac with MIMO technology and Bluetooth 4.0. It is very compact in thickness, as seen in the image above, and weighs only 318 grams.

A detail that caught attention is at the bottom of the gadget: A type C USB port, that reversible announced in half this year.

According to the company, Nokia N1 sales begin in February 2015, starting with the Chinese market. The initial price is US$ 250 may vary until the product arrives in Europe. As Microsoft also bought Nokia's factories, tablet production should be outsourced to Foxconn, the same iPhone manufacturer.
