Twitter will be able to acquire Summize, a Virginia-based company that functions as a Twitter search engine, advanced Jason Calacanis.
A source close to Twitter says that both companies have been negotiating for a possible merger, but at the moment they are not much more than that.
The business makes perfect sense, since Twitter still doesn't have a search engine, and your competitor FriendFeed does.

Summize grew about $$750,000 recently due to private investment, and Twitter is currently valued at $20 million dollars.
