As I had already posted to you, the term "netbook" was registered by Psion and cannot be used without the authorization of the evil company.
But Intel claimed that it joined companies like Dell in an attempt to "liberate" the term "netbook" from the manufacturer Psion Teklogix.

In action initiated at the beginning of the month, Intel asks Justice to cancel the registration of the name "netbook", currently in Psion's possession.
The term should not be a brand, but something used to describe a new category of notebooks, Intel claims.
