Now the Brazilian clients of Microsoft will have one more way to request support, the real-time chat.
In addition to the 0800 telephone station and e-mail, consumers can use the chat tool to contact an attending and obtain technical support, clarify questions about products or have more information about licensing models.
To access the tool, go to the company website and select Chat option from the contact alternatives of the customer service centers.
Chat support is used to take questions about Windows Live, Messenger, Xbox and Product Activation.

Chat support does not help with questions such as Windows Live, Messenger, and Xbox because it is on other channels for contacts and activation is only on the internet or on the phone.

To use the chat you need to have the product number. Before you have to specify which product and also tell whether it is installed or not (software case). It's so hard to use the chat that it's easier to use the phone anyway! If you're not in a hurry, e-mail me that the next day someone answers. I did it three times and never failed!
My Hotmail account was closed by mistake. All my professional and personal contacts are listed in it, including I have lost two jobs because of this mistake of Microsoft. I've made contact with the woman in every way I can and haven't received a notification about my request. I think it's amazing that a company this size doesn't have a professional who can reopen a simple email account, which was terminated by her own mistake.
I am truly unhappy and sorry that I uninstalled Linux to install Windows. I'm sure you wouldn't be going through so much trouble and irritation.

I got in touch with IG and they said I can't download another antivirus due to divergences! And even if McAfee does the full scan.
