It was released today (7) the Xbox One update that allows players to upload their videos directly to YouTube. Before, you could only share the videos via Twitch. TV and OneDrive (Microsoft Cloud), but sharing via YouTube has been promised since the launch of the console.
To have access, just wait for the update and, when it arrives, access the settings and activate "social sharing".
