
After being postponed for three months, the first beta of Mozilla Firefox 3.1 codename Shiretoko. The main changes and improvements to the browser are:
- It improves on the tab switch. (The Browser displays a preview of the tab)
- Support theora and Vorbis codecs, free video and audio formats.
- New JavaScript interpreter, better known as TraceMonkey, which leaves some services that use this language up to 40 times faster.
- 89 points on Acid3. (for no one is perfect!)
