Microsoft prepares new ‘Ultimate Extras’

Yes, my little friends, another package of Extra Ultimate is coming.
The three new Extras are a package of content for Windows DreamScene, a game called Microsoft Tinker and a new package of sounds. The new Extras will be made available by Windows Update and WSUS.

Now I got confused, didn't Microsoft say it had spent a lot of money to make the sounds of Windows Vista? Why did they make more sounds?
