Windows 7 will be featured at CES 2009

Once again Microsoft's new operating system can take the place of Gadgets at the next CES (Consumer Electronics Show), with Microsoft giving new information about the system.
Of course, they will address other topics, such as the financial crisis.

Those present at the event will see several new technologies including OLED TVs (organic light-emitting diode), netbooks, smartphones, media players and other entertainment devices.

Many should miss Bill Gates, who made his last opening speech from CES in 2007. Instead, CEO Steve Ballmer will start the event on January 7th. It will probably talk about Windows 7, as well as other Microsoft technologies.

According to some information, the company will make important announcements about Windows 7, including the possible release of the beta version. The new version of Office, Office 14, will also take place at the event.
