Computex 2015: Asus' news for the market

During Computex 2015 (tech fair in Taipei, Taiwan) Asus announced its new line of smartphones and accessories for the market.

The market for selfies It's something. More and more companies are investing in more powerful front cameras in order to meet this demand. The Zenfone Selfie is the result of this. The smartphone has front and rear cameras with 13 megapixels, PixelMaster technology, low brightness function and HDR adapted to the front camera. That, aside from the dual LED flash and laser autofocus for both.
Asus implements an interesting feature in its products consisting of shortcuts on the blocked screen to activate some function or application: Zenmotion. It is also present at Zenfone Selfie and, when drawn an S on screen, the front camera is open.
Zenfone Selfie has 5.5 inches display, Full HD resolution, 403 ppi and 178° view angle. The lens, as well as Zenphone 2, is angular grid. The device is also available in three additional colours: Pink, blue and white.
Unlike other devices in the company, Zenfone Selfie has no Intel processor, but one from Qualcomm. The smartphone comes equipped with Snapdragon 615 64-bit and eight-core, 2GB RAM memory and is compatible with the 4G network. It is known that Zenfone Selfie will come with Android 5.0, but availability and price in the international market have not yet been revealed.

Another novelty of Asus is the Zenpad tablet line. The line, which has sizes of 7, 8 and 10.1 inches, has a turbocharged version: ZenPad S 8.0.
ZenPad S 8.0 features a Quad HD display (2048 x 1536) and more robust configuration than ZenPad 8.0. The device features Intel Atom Z3580 processor, 4 GB RAM and 16, 32 or 64GB storage options. It has an 8 megapixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front, 15.2Wh battery and an entry into the new USB-C standard. The device comes with Android 5.0 and has variants with LTE or only Wi-Fi.

ZenPad 8.0, with 8 inch screen (1280×800) LCD IPS, features Intel processor Atom x3, and arrives with variants of 1 or 2 GB RAM memory and 8 or 16GB storage. The device also features a more modest 5 megapixel rear camera.
The novelty is on account of ZenCases, the back covers of ZenPad that can be changed. In addition to changing the look, they serve as accessories for the appliances. Zen Clutch gives a boost to the device, such as Sound Cover, which adds two sound speakers Sorround and Power Case, which includes an external battery that gives the tablet another 15 hours of use autonomy.
ZenPad 8.0 will also arrive with Android 5.0 and is scheduled for the third quarter of 2015. Asus also featured ZenPad 7.0 with a 7-inch screen, and ZenPad 10.1 and ZenPad S 10.1 with a 10-inch screen.

Available in two sizes (49x41mm and 45x37mm) and with 18 bracelet options the new Zenwatch 2 has not undergone significant change in design compared to its predecessor. Equipped with Android Wear, the new device also brings a metal button on the right side to facilitate the management of some functions. Zenwatch 2 will be available in three color options for the watch body.

The display remains 2.5 inch AMOLED and gorilla glass 3. It is known that the processor is Qualcomm, but the company has not released the model yet. Smartwatch loading is now done with a magnetic charger that promises to be faster.
