Unlike Windows View that has 6 editions, which are:
- Starter
- Home Basic
- Home Premium
- Business
- Enterprise
- Ultimate
Windows 7 will come in only 3 editions, yes, I think Microsoft has heard our complaints regarding Windows Vista. There are many versions for the same system, this causes confusion and norm at the time of purchase, because often the name does not quite define what the consumer is looking for. Except that computers sold in the bahia houses of life reach the consumer with the "maledet"of Vista Starter. Making consumers have that bad impression on the system.
But according to some rumors, Windows 7 will only come in three editions, which are:
- Home Premium
- Professional (Business)
- Ultimate
Which, in my opinion, would be a very clever play by Microsoft, ending the starter version for good. But even so, underdeveloped countries would need a "plucky" version for consumers.
Yeah, apparently we'll have to wait for Microsoft to confirm that.
